At the “Quality Management in Primary Care” conference held on January 27 in Berlin, a roster of international experts including Professor Richard Grol from the Centre for Quality of Care Research at the University of Nijmegen discussed the importance of primary care, the balance between trust and accountability and presented results from the project.
